Leadership

A trained volunteer is definitely an effective volunteer. Leadership training is an integral part, at every level, of our organisation. Starting at the club, to the district and Multiple district, to the constitutional area and to Lions International - we have different types of trainings - teaching life skills which stand them in good stead as they carry out their responsibility as a volunteer leader.  And not only that it helps them lead a better life.
